Yes, you can cancel at any time. Our auto-ship program is meant to be a 12 month program, but we understand people’s need to cancel for various reasons.

*Note: we will allow each person to sign up and cancel only 2 times*

Auto-ship is a program for those who want to use Fresh Cab® year round. When someone signs up for our Fresh Cab® Club (auto-ship), we automatically bill their card and send out their Fresh Cab® every 3 months. With this membership, they receive free shipping on all their orders.

EarthKind is not authorized to sell Fresh Cab® outside the USA, due to foreign regulatory guidelines.

Even though our product has no known safety or health risks, Int’l law prohibits entrance of Fresh Cab® into foreign countries without a license. Unfortunately this can take years, and comes at great cost.

Therefore it is our policy to not only restrict all foreign sales, but to also discourage consumers from sending Fresh Cab® outside the country, so that they may avoid un-welcome regulatory enforcement from foreign governments if discovered.

Federal and State law does not require us to collect tax for items shipped across state lines, but ND, NC, CA and FL State laws do require us to collect sales tax from orders shipped to addresses within the States of North Dakota, North Carolina, California and Florida.
