From 2016-2018 John was Director, Supply Chain Strategy at Earthbound Farm where he provided leadership facilitation across Integrated Supply Chain and championed Innovation and Excellence initiatives—including Earthbound Ingredients. Prior to that his position at Earthbound Farms from 2012-2105 was Director of Compliance, Quality, Food Safety & Organic Integrity, where he ensured compliance for all Earthbound Farm suppliers. He was responsible for developing effective interface of Quality, Food Safety & Organic Integrity department across Earthbound Farm/WhiteWave Foods. He participated at the national policy level in organic and food safety concerns, including USDA/NOP regulations and FSMA proposed and final rules, and built a compliance team with depth, integrity, and executional excellence.
